Restaurant Lu Fran Calin is one of those restaurants busy with locals even as the tourist seems comes to end. The cooking of chef Daniel Silvetti is local Nicoise. Try their Degustation Plate that can be shared by two for a starter (see menu: L'Assiette Degustation - 12 euros)
