              This 
                is a new restaurant opened by two talented friends both born in 
                1982. They both come with impressive credentials and it is reflected 
                in the cooking. 
              Nicolas 
                De Gols, ex maître d’hôtel from Monte-Carlo Bay in Monaco and 
                Aziz Bouzgarrou, who was second to Jouni Tormanen at La Réserve 
                de Nice.  
              The 
                restaurant is packed at lunch with local workers for a real steal 
                at 15 euros for daily entree, dessert, and coffee. At lunch wine 
                is 4 euros/glass.  
              Dinner 
                tasting menu of 5 courses is 50 euros. 
              The 
                restaurant is small with seating for onlly 30. The interior is 
                modern with art work by Mica Barbot on the walls. 
               
                Sample lunch dish may be a perfect risotto with the sauce and 
                fillet of loup, with a warm chocolate cake served with sorbet 
                or ice cream and a cup of coffee for 15 euros.
